What does Integrations include?
A REST API to read and change products, stock, orders, suppliers and locations, signed webhooks that notify your URL when something changes, and API keys with the permissions and locations you choose.
Do you connect directly to Shopify, Holded or Odoo?
We don't have ready-made connectors for each program yet. Integrations gives you the API and webhooks so your team, your IT provider or tools like Zapier, Make or n8n can connect your system to Pla Logistic.
How many requests can I make?
Up to 60 requests a minute and 1,000,000 a month per organization. We email you at 80% and 100% of the month, and you can see usage in real time in Settings.
Is it secure?
Each key only has the permissions you give it, can be limited to some locations and set to expire, and can be revoked instantly. Webhooks are signed so your server can check they come from us, and failed ones are retried.
How much does it cost?
It's an add-on to your plan: €9 a month or €90 a year, VAT included.
